Inventory Elf property inventory software and app, is designed for agents and inventory clerks as well as landlords and tenants, to create quick, but very effective property inventories, focused on picture evidence, which are time and date stamped.

Plus tenants and landlords can sign the inventory directly on mobile device!

You will need to create a free account to be able to upload your images to cloud control panel.
All reports are stored for 7 days without any charge. You can then work with it in our cloud control panel and later choose to keep the report or not. When you want to keep a report you will need to either buy one off report, prepay a bundle of report credits or subscribe to a monthly package.


The application will allow you to record, and carry out the following without active internet connection:

Details of the property.
Details of the person preparing the inventory.
Pictures of meter readings and keys.
Pictures of each room, along with comment/description.
Each picture is certified when uploaded, with a time and date stamp.
Tenants and landlords can now sign the inventory directly on your mobile device.
Reorder rooms and images

When connected to internet you can also:
Load previous report from cloud account and just take new pictures and adjust comments.
Upload all images all finished reports to your control panel in one go.


Once the inventory is finished, the data will be uploaded to your cloud control panel to produce a preview of the inventory.

Subscription users will use their credits and an option will be given to purchase individual inventories without subscription. Bundles of inventory credits at a better price than individual inventories can be purchased and used within 6 months.

Option for tenants and landlords, to sign the inventory directly on your mobile device, or email to both parties to sign electronically, if not present at the time of preparing the inventory.

Inventory Elf puts the fun into inventories but is really serious about evidence!
